A pharmaceutical company focused on onco-hema and rare disease therapeutic areas is looking for a Commercial Lead Italy.

Ruolo

  • Lead in the marketing and strategy development for upcoming launch of a new product in the Italian market
  • Make field visits to help better understand the needs and expectations of the customers and the market
  • Support national and implement/coordinate regional/local access
  • Develop and implement launch plans, in coordination with local and global organization
  • Establish and maintain strong networks outside of the organization including but not limited to specialists in therapeutic area, pharmacists and payors, specialist nurses and professional organizations
  • Deliver on pre-set marketing and sales objectives within the agreed budget framework that will be agreed in alignment with the Country Manager
  • Ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with laws, Regulation and Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics

Profilo

  • A university degree level or equivalent in science
  • Minimum 5/6 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Market Access experience at regional and local level
  • Previous working experience in Hematology/Oncology and/or rare disease
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with a proven track record of effectiveness as a cross-functional team player and project leader
  • Native level of Italian and Fluency in English
