Responsibilities

• Assure that assigned projects are completed in respect of cGMP and Site SOPs and on time and on budget
• Coordinate project teams in order to assure timely completion of project tasks
• Assure timely completion of CAPAs, Commitments or Change Control actions
• Develop proposals for improving Site process technology from a quality, cost and capacity optimization perspective
• Support other functions on issues pertaining pharmaceutical development and/or manufacturing process related issues
• Produce Technology documentation as needed
• Work to implement a Right-First Time culture through partnerships with other Site and Global functions
• Establish and maintain regular interaction with Global Functions (i.e. GTS)

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of a B. Sc. Degree in Chemical Engineering, or equivalent with particular emphasis in Chemical or Biological sciences discipline
• A minimum of 3 years in cGMP experience, within process manufacturing or similar
• Fundamental understanding of Aseptic techniques and processes
• Experience and working knowledge of Process Monitoring systems
• Knowledge of equipment for pharmaceutical production
• Project Management expertise
• English speaking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently and in a fast paced and dynamic environment
