The position – Customer Experience Manager
As the Customer Experience Manager (CEM), you’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, providing technical expertise and In-Clinic Training, and contribute to the market and clinics reaching mutually defined KPIs. As you grow into the role, you’ll also be required to win new business and identify marketing opportunities. Together with the Market Development Manager (MDM) you will support the country-based market development activities and engage with our global team.
You are to be based in the Rome area, but will have a strong link to our global functions located in Ireland and Denmark. Must be able and willing to travel extensively across Italy as well as undertake International and European travels.
Your primary tasks:
· Ensure the best possible experience with Kleresca® for ‘Partner Clinics’ and patients.
· Drive promotional activities and ensure individual account performance.
· Work with our key Clinics and customers to provide a consistent order flow.
· Assist the MDM with existing and new Kleresca® clinics.
· Provide MDM and ‘Partner Clinics’ with patient activation initiatives.
· Work cross functionally within the Kleresca® team and externally with other stakeholders.
· Identify opportunities to grow the market.
· Identify and resolve client concerns with innovative solutions.
· Maintain customer and competitor knowledge by gathering information about the dermatology market and key decision makers.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate has experience in medical device / pharmaceutical / aesthetic treatment sales with an in-depth knowledge of key account management. They must also have a good appreciation of the potential opportunities and pitfalls which may occur during the launch of a new product.
We are looking for a dynamic account manager and team player with a customer focused mind-set and following profile:
Experience with medical / aesthetic devices will be highly regarded.
Experience within dermatology is preferred however not essential.
A ‘Business Partner’ who can respectfully challenge and drive the success of Kleresca® In-Clinic.
Has an ability to overcome obstacles / barriers and provide solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (English is also a benefit).
Has a collaborative approach, exemplary interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
An agile mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Readiness to travel up to 30-50%
