Holistic healthcare company contributing to people’s health worldwide, for the Italian affiliate (based in Milan) we are looking for a Ethics & Compliance Manager.

Description of role
The Ethics & Compliance Manager is accountable for OPIT for the compliance risk management enabling the business to perform at its best whilst adhering to the relevant rules and regulations.
He/she will:

  • Perform the correct checks relating to any risk of non-compliance to the local laws, regulations and codes of conduct, SOPs delivering, clear and integrated compliance solutions for the business.
  • Oversee compliance processes and verifying the correct application by the departments.
  • Monitor activities of the business and external suppliers providing services/activities on behalf of Otsuka, verifying that the initiatives are carried out in compliance with local laws and procedures.
  • Give support in defining the E&C policies and procedures that must be implemented to effectively prevent the risks identified.
  • With reference to the non-compliance issues, prepare any corrective action proposals, including training processes.
  • Attend meetings and events of the wider EU compliance organisation.
  • Oversee the company TOV transparency disclosure requirements.
  • Manage Incidents and CAPA plans.
  • Act as one of the points of contact with the company Supervisory Board (OdV) and oversee follow-ups to the Board’s Audits.
  • Oversee Farmindustria Certification Process.
Profilo

Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 5/7 years of experience in compliance role
  • Experience of setting up and/or managing compliance programs and controls, including use of technology
  • Technical background: Local Regulation Knowledge and Global and European ethical code knowledge
  • English advanced
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point advanced
