A nuclear medicine organization is looking for a Cyclotron Manager to join its BU Operations in Italy
The position is focused on ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of cyclotron systems used in the production of radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the cyclotron and related systems.
- Manage service interventions carried out by the equipment manufacturer.
- Contribute to drafting and updating SOPs for cyclotron operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Train technical staff on the correct use of the cyclotron and minor maintenance activities.
- Prepare and manage inventories of spare parts, consumables, and materials required for continuous operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience with particle accelerators, isotope production equipment, and/or radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
